ProjectForge is a web-based tool that helps users generate project blueprints through a step-by-step configuration wizard. The application runs entirely in your browser and stores data in your local storage.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys you use with the application.

You are responsible for all project data stored in your browser's local storage.

You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the application or its infrastructure.

You may use ProjectForge for personal and commercial purposes.

You may not use the application to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

You may not attempt to access other users' data or project configurations.

You may not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically access the application.

The ProjectForge application, including its code, design, and content, is owned by ProjectForge and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Project blueprints generated by the application are your property. You may use them for any purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without written permission.

ProjectForge is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall ProjectForge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the application shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that the project blueprints generated by the application are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

The blueprints are templates and starting points. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any generated content before using it in a production environment.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the application shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
